Our story

Before starting Bullseye NYC, CEO Igor Volnikov was working in the typesetting, pre-press and large-format digital printing industries when he noticed a need for more professional graphic installation services. Self described as a “hands-on kind of guy,” he opened the business as a one-man operation, working nights, weekends, and whenever possible to meet the needs of his clients.

Since then, the Bullseye NYC team has grown to include over 20 professionals between our three locations in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, with specialties in exterior wraps, window and floor graphics, custom murals and much more. Over time our company values have remained the same: we continue to value hard work and loyalty to our clients, working around the clock to turn around 15-20 projects daily. Our job sites are dotted throughout the country, and we’ll do whatever it takes to reach you, get to work and create something magical that mesmerizes passersby.

Going beyond the call of duty

Graphic installation service is what we do on paper, so many clients assume we’re just “sign guys.” But the truth is, we’re often doing work outside of our job descriptions. From app hardware to interior decorating, we’ve done it all when it comes to helping our clients with those unrelated tasks they need to get done fast.
